So now until Dec 31st, I’m just trying to exercise right and eat right and I’m calling it “Plan A”. Hopefully I will get near 10 percent bodyfat. The week after that I’m going to start a round of P90X that goes from Jan 4-Apr4. My goals will be to maintain or improve upon what I’ve done during “Plan A” and also to simply finish the program a better person.
I’ve done good today. healthy breakfast and lunch and exercise.
