It’s been a little while since I posted and I’m still drinking coffee but I’ve gained about five pounds since we last spoke and not the good kind. So I want to drop about 14 pounds and be 132 and be thin and have abs like… well like never. My natural set point is right around 140-145 and I have too much belly fluff then to have abs. So I need to lose a few. I’m going to do 30 minutes of cardio 3x a week and 30 minutes of resistance training 3x a week and then once or twice a week try to do some yoga.
Also I need to eat better. Too much white stuff, too many carbs too much fat and also I eat too late at night. Saw Kathy Griffin doing “Balls of Steel” and it was hilarious and she said You Know What The Trick Is??? She’s ALWAYS hungry. And that’s probably the trick. Learn to be hungry. Thus HUNGRY JOE.
My Mother In Law is going to rehab finally. Hopefully it will work. She is a drunken overweight joke of a woman.
And on that note, I’m off… one of the things I actually DO is go to martial arts. I’ve been going for four months now. I stuck with it. I’m a yellow belt. It’s going to take forever to be a black belt. But the fun part is getting there.
